Senior Software Engineer

Building reliable backend systems for fintech: payment processing, integration architecture, and product infrastructure shaped by real operational and compliance constraints.

I work on the systems behind payment gateways: the transaction flows, merchant integrations, settlement logic, and operational tooling that keep money moving correctly. Most of my work lives at the intersection of business rules, technical reliability, and regulatory reality.

Most of my career has been spent building backend systems, the kind that process transactions, manage merchant integrations, and keep settlement records accurate. I work primarily in Java and Go, and I’m most useful when the system needs to be correct before it needs to be clever.

Selected Work

I work in fintech and backend systems, specifically in payment gateway infrastructure spanning both the issuing and acquiring sides. My work covers transaction processing pipelines, merchant integration platforms, settlement and reconciliation engines, and the operational tooling that keeps these systems reliable under real business and compliance constraints.

The problems I focus on tend to involve coordinating multiple external systems, maintaining correctness across complex transaction lifecycles, and building the internal tools that operations teams depend on to monitor, review, and resolve discrepancies.
